At Waterpik, we want you to feel confident in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
